Official Rules

1.        NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2.        DURATION: The Manga Death and Rebirth Contest (the "Contest") begins March 1st and ends July 31th, 2002.

3.        ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Manga Entertainment (the Sponsor) or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or agencies, or members of their immediate families, or persons living in same household of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Entrants under eighteen (18) years old must obtain parental consent before entering the contest. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Contest is open to only to legal residents of the United States and Canada.� Offer void in Puerto Rico.

4.        PRIZES: Ten (18)� Prize Winner will each� receive:

o        Three grand prize winners will receive Manga's top ten DVDs, a Manga prize pack and a copy of the "Death & Rebirth" DVD; suggested retail price $325.00

o        15 runners-up will each receive the Manga prize pack and a copy of the "Death & Rebirth" DVD; suggested retail price $35.00

Only one prize will be awarded per household.� All prizes are nontransferable, may not be redeemed for cash and may not be substituted.� All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees associated with the redemption of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

5.        ENTRY: Entries must be submitted online at www.manga.com.� Online entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. EST, July 31th, 2002.� Only one entry per person is permitted. Online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of registration. The Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, or other telecommunications malfunctions. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend the online promotion should any unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor affect the administration or proper play or conduct of the promotion. By entering this Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

6.        WINNER: The Winner will be selected via a random drawing held on August 15th, 2002. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received.� If a winner is less than 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian who must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability Agreement pertaining to the prize.� If such winner fails to return a properly signed and notarized Affidavit within fourteen (14) days of receipt, the winner will irrevocably forfeit eligibility to be awarded the prize without further communication or compensation from the Sponsor.� The Winner will be notified by e-mail. Return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable will result in ineligibility.� In the event of prize forfeiture by the Winner, an alternative Winner may be awarded the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to revise dates and procedures mentioned in these rules. The Winner's name will be posted on the www.manga.com web site.

7.        RESERVATIONS: The Winner, by submitting an entry, grants permission to have his or her name, city, photograph and/or likeness used in any manner the Sponsor may deem appropriate for advertising, trade and/or promotional purposes without additional compensation, including without limitation, posting the Winner's name on the www.manga.com web site, unless prohibited by law. The Winner, by acceptance of a prize, agrees to release the Sponsor, or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, directors, officers, agents or employees from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for any damage, loss or injury resulting from or arising out of participation in this Contest, the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize, downloading or sending any sweepstakes materials, or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize.� The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest if the Contest becomes technically corrupted in any manner and to select the Winner by random drawing of all eligible entries received prior to the corruption.
